The Vestry of Good Shepherd functions as a governing board, with the responsibilities for creating policy, caring for the facility, long term planning, and financial accountantability. The Vestry members are elected by their congregation.

Vestry meetings are held the 2nd Sunday of each month in the library. Meetings are opened to all members. Below are the current members of Good Shepherd:

  Gary Morrill - Jumior Warden

Gary was born in Ricelake, Winsconsin. He is the youngest of his siblings, two sisters and two brothers. Gary grew up in Kenosha, Wisconsin with his step-mother after the death of his mother.  He graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School in 1965. Gary was on the football and wrestling team of his school and took fourth place in Wisconsin State wrestling tournament in 1964. He graduated from Carthage College, Kenosha Gary with a BS in Chemistry. Gary and Margaret Tagliapierta were married for 18 years and raised two beautiful daughters, Theresa Vanlendyne and Carol Jenson. Gary was baptized an Episcopalian and confirmed in 1985. He remarried in 1986 to the love of his life and best friend Barbara Mann (RN).  Gary lived in Wisconsin for more than twenty years and attended St. Alban's Episcopal Church where he helped with the reconstruction of some areas of the church building. Gary and Barbara were responsible for the maintenance of the church garden and did a magnificent job. He worked as a Paint and Plastics Chemist until 2001 when he retired.  Gary and Barbara have since relocated to Fort Denaud, LaBelle Florida where he is now attending The Church of Good Shepherd.  He said, somewhere in the confusion of his life he finally turned his life over to Jesus by asking him to be his personal Savior and did it in the presence of a Gideon Pastor. Gary and Barbara have engaged themselves in the activities of the church.
