The Mission of St. Augustine's Church is to proclaim and share the Gospel of Jesus; a gospel of love, of reconciliation, of justice and peace to our community and to support our parish family in their journey of faith.
This mission is accomplished by and through: celebrating the Eucharist, the reading and sharing of Scripture, Christian formation, embracing diversity, supporting each other, and community outreach.
Founded in 1927, St. Augustine's Episcopal Church is an historically black, multicultural congregation with deep roots in the St. Petersburg community.
